Available in 8", 12" and 16" lengths with a 15mm wide meshed seal. PTFE coated jaws are available in 8", 12" and 16" with model numbers, THS-200TC, THS-300TC and THS-400TC, respectively. We also offer a serrated seal style for the 12" unit (THS-300S).Our direct heat / constant heat sealers seal most types of thermoplastic packaging material, but are especially ideal for thicker material such as coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, coated PP. Please note: direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 16" wide and 20 mil thick can be sealed. The meshed seal width is 15mm. Equipped with a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature from 30°-550° F (0°-300° C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously resulting in better heat penetration to seal thicker material. Units also include an adjustable work table.Easy to operate. Set the temperature on the temperature controller depending on the material to be sealed. Once the correct setting has been reached, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Insert the material between the two sealing bars. Press down on the foot pedal and release.
