Rounding Edge O Flute router bits are designed for edge trimming plastic and acrylic panels with a radius. The tool can be used to part but must put 1/16in into the spoilboard. Straight flute geometry lends itself towards edge machining rather than parting. The tool in the photo has upcut geometry. The SKUS listed are equipped with straight flutes.
