This is a spring-loaded tilt latch made of white injected molded plastic. Dimensions are 2-9/16 inch length, 15/16 inch width, 15/16 inch offset, and mounting holes that are 1-3/8 inch on center. Typically used on single or double hung, aluminum or vinyl windows. Designed for use on sash panels designed to tilt in and down from the top.
