Compression Solid Carbide Bits are the go-to router bit for panel processing. The tool has downshear geometry in the top portion of the tool to facilitate in perfect top surface finish and upshear geometry to facilitate in perfect bottom surface finish. if faster feed rate is required increase the number of flutes to accommodate. Used in point to point machines, handheld routers, and router tables. 6% Cobalt is a carbide grade best suited for HPL and composites, 10% Cobalt is a Carbide Grade best suited for solid wood. Tools last longer when paired correctly.
