Elastomeric water-based acrylic latex coating. Highly resistant to disbonding chalking mildew and discoloration. Bright white with excellent hide . Lowers roof and interior temperatures. Prolongs roof life. Reduces air conditioning costs. Recommended for: Well drained surfaces which do not pond water well adhered weathered previously coated white or aluminum roof surfaces mineral surface cap sheet (conventional SBS or APP) smooth surface stucco parapet walls. Can be applied to a dry or slightly damp (not wet) surface. For use on a properly drained roof. Apply 2 coats. Allow to dry between coats.
