Kemp marine 28" rescue can, 10-220 these are the original rescue cans developed by bob burnside, the l.a. County chief over 30 years ago. Strong cross-linked polyethylene construction with molded, pebble-grained hand grips to reduce slippage. Thickest walls for strength, a heavy duty 2" nylon strap and 10' of 11/32" line. 28" rescue can is for single victim rescue and the 34" rescue can is for multi victim rescue.
