A soft set, non-hardening, smooth, grit-free, gray colored pipe joint compound for all types of metal connections. Not recommended for use on plastic. Can be used on lines carrying air, water, steam, natural gas, ammonia, brine, diluted acids and alkalis. Not recommended for lines carrying oxygen. Temperature range for gases and liquids: -15 F (-26 C) to +400 F (+204 C). Pressure range for gases up to 1,000 PSI, liquids up to 2,000 PSI. Brushable to: -15 F (-26 C). Contains no lead or silicone.
