This is a 3-11/16 inch mortise lock with a steel housing and hook. The hook is spring-loaded, with adjustable hook projection that extends to spring-loaded locked position to automatically latch door upon closing. Each lock has the adjusting screw on the front or face of the lock for easy adjusting.
