Listing is for a set of four (4) Service Caster Series #20 stainless steel swivel casters, four (4) swivel casters with top lock brakes, 4” diameter by 1-1/4” wide high temperature phenolic wheels. Supports a total weight of 1,200lbs (300lbs/per caster). When searching for a reliable and durable solution to your caster needs, consider Service Caster’s Series 20 sleeve bearing stainless steel hi temp phenolic casters. The Service Caster Series #20 is ideal for bakery racks, light and medium duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. The high temp phenolic wheels- quieter than comparable steel wheels- have a high resistance to impact damage, providing protection for floors in commercial and industrial settings. Sleeve bearings provide a metal sleeve inserted in a wheel to rest directly on the axle. This option is only recommended when rolling ease is less critical. This caster is ideal for use in high temperatures associated with baking, performing consistently in temperature ratings of 475°F continuous usage to 525°F intermittent usage. Not only are they resistant to water, oil, and grease, but because they are non-metallic, these wheels are spark proof, keeping you safely moving forward. In contrast to the zinc plated caster, the luxuriously polished stainless steel finish resists rust and corrosion in indoor or outdoor applications where moisture is a factor. Mounting options include top plate, bolt hole and standard and metric threaded stem sizes. Service Caster is unsurpassed in quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. Count on us to move you forward.
