These components are manufactured to tight tolerances using proprietary processes that ensure smooth operation and high misalignment accommodation up to 90°, which is a significant improvement over commodity style double universal joints. It is made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The user can add boots to protect the joints from unwanted contaminants and increase service life. This double friction bearing universal joint is manufactured in the USA.
