Made of commercial strength aluminum, it features a vented lid, heavy duty riveted handles and a perforated aluminum basket. The steam boil fry pot has an indentation that raises the basket 1.75 inch. Above the bottom for steaming or boiling. Use the basket for deep frying chicken, fish or hush puppies, steaming or boiling craw fish, seafood, clams and vegetables. Use without the basket to boil soups, stews, gumbo, jambalaya and chili.
