Wet-It! Swedish dishcloths do the jobs you typically use paper towels for but they do it way way better and using a cloth is better for the environment too. The cloths are made from a combination of cotton and cellulose that is so absorbent it makes paper towels green with envy. One cloth can absorb about the same as six (yes six) paper towels and it can be washed and reused over and over for up to six months. (The paper towels just threw themselves out in despair.) Pop a cloth in the dishwasher microwave or washing machine to sanitize it. And when it’s time to finally toss it out the biodegradable cloths can go into the compost bin not the trash can.
