Adult Japanese beetles feed voraciously on a variety of plants, while grubs feed underground on turf roots. This must be used in conjunction with one Japanese Beetle Trap Top (Item # 227723 or Item # 227724) and Japanese Beetle Trap Body (Item # 227725) to attract both male and female beetles. Components sold separately. Injection-molded, all-plastic components won’t rust or blow away and rip like the plastic bag-type traps. Dual lure includes a pheromone plus food odor lure, which lasts 4–6 weeks. Hang late June through early August in most areas. Attractant includes eugerniol and phenethyl propionate.
