Wizard wiz-kid model j heavy duty drum deheader wizard j series are specifically designed for scrapping drums. this deheader cuts on the outside of the drum shell, below the chime, so smooth, dent-free chimes are not required. Unit allows you to remove the entire drum top and/or bottom for flattening, since flattened drums take up less space and prevent potential liability from future drum use. The model j deheads the drum in less than two minutes and the round cutter wheel cuts through dented chimes with ease. It also easily removes solidified contents with the ram compactor. Swivel connections prevent tangling. Note: this deheader does not leave a burr-free edge. the electric deheader is chosen when quiet operation is preferred.
